Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Representative based in Qesm El Maadi, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The representative will be responsible for selling insurance policies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customers' insurance needs, presenting tailored insurance solutions, explaining policy options, managing leads, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with other team members and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and market trends. QualificationsExperience in Insurance Sales, including selling insurance products and achieving sales targetsStrong interpersonal and Customer Service skills to build and nurture client relationshipsKnowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices in compliance with industry standardsProficiency in Sales strategies and techniquesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in the life insurance or takaful insurance sector is an advantage
