The role involves identifying prospective customers, explaining MetLife Egypt’s life, accident, and health insurance products, and recommending solutions aligned with individual and family needs. The Insurance Sales Specialist will conduct consultations, prepare and present proposals, manage policy applications, and follow up on documentation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries, providing policy guidance, and coordinating with internal teams and insurance brokers to support sales activities. The role also involves meeting sales targets, tracking performance, and keeping up to date with product features, market trends, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications Strong Insurance Sales and Insurance knowledge, including familiarity with life, accident, and health products.Experience in Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based client relationships.Background in Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance, with the ability to collaborate effectively with intermediaries.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Cairo, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets and performance goals.Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Proficiency in relevant office and CRM software; prior experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.Commitment to ethical sales practices and adherence to local regulations and company policies.
