Role Description MetLife is seeking an Insurance Unit Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Insurance Unit Manager will oversee and manage a team of insurance advisors, set goals, and ensure sales targets are achieved. Responsibilities include planning and implementing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing training and guidance to the team, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The role also involves monitoring market trends and regulatory changes to align the team’s efforts with company objectives. Qualifications Experience in Finance and Insurance, with knowledge of industry practices and regulationsProficiency in Team Management, including leadership, mentoring, and coaching skillsStrong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship buildingSales expertise with a proven track record of meeting targets and implementing effective strategiesExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldProficiency in English; additional language skills are a plusKnowledge of the insurance market in Egypt and experience in a managerial position are advantageous
