We partner with brands to create impactful campaigns, combining strategy, creativity, and high-quality execution in every project.About the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and space planning to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming creative concepts into functional, visually appealing, and execution-ready designs for events, activations, exhibitions, retail spaces, and branded environments.This role requires someone who can balance creativity with technical knowledge while ensuring designs are practical, cost-efficient, and aligned with project requirements.Key Responsibilities: Develop creative interior design concepts for events, exhibitions, retail spaces, booths, and brand activations Create detailed layouts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings Prepare shop drawings and execution details using AutoCAD and design software Select materials, finishes, furniture, and décor elements that align with project concepts and budgets Collaborate closely with production, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution Conduct site visits to supervise implementation and ensure design quality standards are met Modify and optimize designs based on client feedback, project timelines, and operational needs Ensure all designs reflect brand identity and meet client expectationsWhat We Offer: A dynamic and creative work environment Opportunity to work on high-profile events and advertising campaigns Exposure to diverse projects and well-known brands Professional growth and development opportunitiesWork Conditions Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PMRequirements Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in interior design, preferably in events, exhibitions, retail design, or advertising production Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) Experience with 3D design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus Good understanding of materials, furniture, finishes, and production methods Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesBenefits Medical Insurance Social Insurance
