Project Coordination Concept DevelopmentSupport the development of design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations based on project briefs and design directionParticipate in client meetings to understand project requirements and preferences Design DocumentationPrepare CAD drawings, construction documents, and FF&E specifications in coordination with the senior designer or team leaderMaintain and update project drawing sets and ensure documentation accuracy Material & Finish SelectionResearch and recommend materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with the approved concept and budgetMaintain a material library and prepare detailed cut sheetsSupport the coordination of multiple projects concurrently across design and technical activitiesCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants during project implementation under the guidance of the senior designer or team leaderParticipate in site visits and inspections to follow up on design implementation and identify issues for review Budget & ProcurementContribute to design solutions that align with approved project budgetsAssist in reviewing BOQs and support procurement activities, including obtaining quotations and coordinating with suppliers Space PlanningDevelop functional and ergonomic floor plans and furniture layouts in line with project requirements Site InspectionsConduct site visits, document design-related issues, and prepare detailed inspection reports for review and follow-up Research & MentorshipStay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovationsShare relevant insights and knowledge with the design teamRequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related fieldExperience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a related fieldSoftware Proficiency: Good proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Rhino, and Microsoft OfficeTechnical Knowledge: Understanding of design principles, space planning, and materialsSoft Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skillsDetail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionalityAbility to work in a collaborative team environmentStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasksMindset: A passion for interior design and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the fieldWork ConditionsWorking Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMLocation: Zamalek - Cairo
