Role Description The International Account Representative is a full-time role based on-site in our Cairo, Egypt office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with international accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, providing tailored solutions, promoting products or services, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales and service objectives. This role plays a critical part in maintaining positive customer relationships and driving business growth. Qualifications Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering excellent client support.Proven experience in Account Management to build and maintain effective client relationships.Exceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).Sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results by promoting services or products.Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workspace.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Experience in international account management or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
