This position will be in Damascus, Syria, and the candidate will need to relocatePosition ObjectivesPosition ObjectivesLead and manage Inventory & Circuit Management Specialist activities for the transformation project ensuring compliance, operational excellence, scalability, and successful delivery.Job Description and ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all Inventory & Circuit Management operational and technical activitiesDefine Inventory & Circuit Management rules across various program activitiesCoordinate with Streams Program Manager to ensure compliance and adherence to Inventory & Circuit Management rulesCoordinate with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with telecom industry standards, project governance, and operational proceduresMonitor project schedules, KPIs, quality metrics, and operational performance and ensure assets are recorded in the system in a timely and accurate mannerPrepare technical reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updatesSupport planning, implementation, testing, optimization, and handover activitiesConduct risk assessments and support issue resolution and escalation managementEnsure adherence to HSE, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance requirementsParticipate in technical reviews, audits, workshops, and stakeholder meetingsSupport process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiativesMonitor resource utilization, operational efficiency, and service delivery performanceProvide technical guidance and coordination support to cross-functional teamsQualification and Required SkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 5–15 years of relevant telecom, infrastructure, operations, or project management experience depending on role seniorityStrong understanding of telecom infrastructure, operations, governance, and service delivery environmentsExperience working with telecom operators, vendors, system integrators, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferredStrong communication, reporting, stakeholder management, and coordination skillsExperience with PMO, reporting tools, operational dashboards, and telecom systems is an advantageProfessional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CCNP, CISSP, or PRINCE2 are preferred for senior positions
