Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and experienced IP Legal Executive / Consultant (Patent & Trademark) to support our UAE office remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Intellectual Property laws and procedures, along with the confidence and communication skills to engage with international clients.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle Patent and Trademark filings, prosecutions, renewals, annuities, and recordals for domestic and international clients.Prepare and respond to objections, office actions, appeals, and attend hearings as required.Advise and correspond with in-house teams and international clients on IP matters.Review products, branding, and marketing materials for potential IP risks and compliance.Prepare IP-related documents and correspondence for attorney review.Maintain accurate and complete IP records, databases, and filing systems.Assist with IP-related administrative and compliance procedures as required.Contribute to business development efforts and demonstrate the ability to attract and engage international clients.RequirementsFluent Arabic speaker (mandatory); strong English communication skills required.Law graduate with solid knowledge of Trademark and Patent registration procedures.Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably with an IP firm in the UAE or a similar service-oriented legal environment.Strong understanding of trademark and patent laws and procedures in a fast-paced work environment.Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.Presentable, flexible, proactive, and maintains a positive, professional attitude.Comfortable working independently in a remote/work-from-home setup while coordinating with a UAE-based team.Work ArrangementWork From Home (Egypt-based)Full-time role supporting a UAE office
