Accountabilities and Key Roles:Configuration Implementation roll out of new global packages and solutions to ITHUB CentersPlan, design, develop, implement and maintain the in house systems and business requirements using the standard tools identified by ITGParticipate in project from conception through implementation as per tasks assigned by project managers and ensure projects tasks expectations are met without impact on project scope, cost, quality, and scheduleImplement and resolve emergency bug fixes in the bank applicationsDesign and Write programs needed for application customization and local requirementsWrite documentations according to SDLC Project Management standardsAdhere to PnP and IT standardsReview, analyzes and modifies systems/ Applications including coding, testing, debugging to support the bank application systemsConsults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify programMaintains up to date application experience to support rapidly changing technology of IT24 x 7 Support services to IT HUB/ Centers and other clientsAdhere and comply with all IT PnPs, actively work towards closure of all related audit findingsJob Requirements:EducationGraduated degree in Computer Science/Engineering from a recognized universityExperience1 3 years of experience in IT development/analysis field within Banks or similar organizationsProfession in MS office products & good in PMPGood know how in the Banking businessAnalytical thinking skillsVery Good in using development tools
