IT Infrastructure ManagementOversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage systems, and end-user devices.Ensure high availability and performance of business-critical systems.Manage data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.Systems & Software ManagementManage ERP systems and other business applications used in manufacturing, finance, HR, and supply chain operations.Ensure integration between production systems, inventory systems, and reporting platforms.Supervise software updates, patches, and system improvements.Cybersecurity & Data ProtectionImplement and maintain cybersecurity policies to protect company data and IT assets.Monitor network security, firewalls, antivirus systems, and access controls.Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices.IT Support & OperationsLead the IT support team in resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.Ensure efficient IT service delivery across factory operations and administrative departments.Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.Technology Planning & StrategyDevelop and implement the IT strategy aligned with company goals and operational requirements.Evaluate new technologies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.Manufacturing Systems SupportSupport production and factory systems including automation interfaces, production reporting systems, and manufacturing software.Ensure stable connectivity for factory equipment, barcode systems, and data collection tools.
