We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager - F&B Operations to oversee and manage the information technology infrastructure and systems that support our Food & Beverage operations. This role involves ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems while aligning technology initiatives with business goals in the F&B sector.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain IT infrastructure, applications, and networks supporting F&B operationsImplement and support point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management, and other specialized F&B software solutionsEnsure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place and tested regularlyCoordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure effective procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and softwareLead IT projects related to F&B operations, from planning through deployment and supportProvide technical support and training to end-users across F&B departmentsMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technology solutions to enhance operational efficiencyDevelop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and governance tailored to F&B operationsStay updated with the latest IT trends and innovations relevant to the Food & Beverage industryRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field5+ years of experience managing IT operations, preferably within the Food & Beverage industryStrong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and other F&B technology platformsExperience with network administration, cybersecurity, and data managementExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to lead IT projects and collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesFamiliarity with IT compliance and regulatory requirements related to F&B operationsBenefitsSocial & Medical Insurance
