IT Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead and manage the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and technical support operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of all IT services while supporting business growth through technology.Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and systems. Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT services. Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud services, and system backups. Lead the IT support team and provide technical guidance across the organization. Implement cybersecurity policies and ensure data protection and business continuity. Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, system upgrades, and technology implementations. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Manage IT vendors, software licenses, and technology procurement. Support ERP systems, with a strong focus on Odoo ERP. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.7–10 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity. Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred. Experience managing cloud environments, firewalls, VPNs, and backup solutions. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional certifications (CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, ITIL, or PMP) are considered a plus.
