We're looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to join our team and play a key role in providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary technical expert for complex CT and X-ray system issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems to ensure optimal equipment performance.Develop, improve, and recommend maintenance concepts and strategies for specialized medical imaging equipment.Define functional requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.Mentor and support junior engineers by actively sharing technical knowledge and best practices.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Monitor contractor performance and ensure service quality through established processes and performance indicators.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and technical excellence.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.Significant professional experience in servicing and supporting CT and X-ray imaging systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in advanced troubleshooting.Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.Solid understanding of maintenance processes, quality standards, and performance monitoring.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.If you're passionate about medical imaging technology and enjoy solving complex technical challenges while mentoring others, we'd love to hear from you.
