BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH is an international construction service provider whose primary focus is on complex specialist foundation engineering work in difficult ground conditions.IT-Support Engineer (m/f/x) Job ID: req2224For our subsidiary BAUER Egypt S.A.E. in Egypt we are searching for a new IT team member as IT-Support Engineer (m/f/x).Your tasks: Provide L2 and L3 front-end support for various software applications and systems Deliver exceptional software support, resolving technical problems efficiently and effectively Address and resolve issues on client devices, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of support activities and solutions provided Conduct remote problem-solving sessions to assist clients with technical issues Your profile: Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education Relevant working experience in providing L2 and L3 front-end support incl.
