Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and professionally.Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment in accordance with company standards.Monitor and respond to IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with users.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, business applications, and connectivity.Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.Document support activities, solutions, and best practices to enhance the knowledge base and improve future response times.Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.Support the implementation of IT policies, security protocols, and compliance requirements.Conduct routine system checks, backups, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools, security awareness, and best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar technical support role.Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.Experience with hardware troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.Familiarity with network protocols, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and VPN technologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-focused approach.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective user support.Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.Willingness to work onsite and provide hands-on support as required.
