Position Summary:Design Pipe Support and perform complex stress analyses cases for critical lines; lead report preparation and mentoring; ensure compliance with ASME/API/ISO and WRC guidance; drive support selection and loads to structures.Duties and responsibilities:Locate Piping supports location.Design Piping Supports Steel framesPerform comprehensive static.Collaborate on stress Standards/ specification tasks and confirm accuracy of related documentation.Buried Piping Systems: Conduct stress analysis for underground piping.Draft standard & special pipe support details (springs/hangers/guides/struts) and fill out data sheets.Issue loads to structural/civil; confirm combinations and support types.Prepare and sign off stress sketches and reports for owned systems.Review isometrics and piping arrangements for constructability and support adequacy.Qualifications required:B.Sc. (Aerospace, Mechanical or Civil).Design Steel Structure Frames.Solid command of ASME B31.3/B31.1, API equipment codes, and WRC bulletin application in CAESAR II workflows.Experience with 3D modeling programs (e.g., AVEVA, Auto Plant 3D, Smart Plant 3D) and AutoCAD.0-2 years of experience with engineering roles within industries like Power, Oil & Gas, or Fertilizers.
