Junior BIM Engineer Location: Cairo, EgyptCompany: MHCEG – Mosaic Holding Corporation Engineering GroupReports To: Senior BIM Engineer / BIM ManagerRole OverviewMHCEG is seeking motivated Junior BIM Engineers to join its newly established BIM unit. The successful candidates will support model development, documentation, and coordination activities while receiving mentorship and technical development opportunities within an international project environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop BIM models and project documentation under supervision.Support model coordination activities and clash detection processes.Assist in producing drawings, schedules, quantities, and reports.Maintain BIM data and model organization in accordance with project standards.Participate in project coordination meetings and technical reviews.Support quality control procedures and model audits.Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.Continuously develop BIM skills and technical knowledge.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering.Knowledge of Autodesk Revit is required.Familiarity with Navisworks and BIM workflows is an advantage.Experience1–3 years of professional BIM experience.Internship or project experience using BIM software is acceptable.Architecture background preferred, with at least one position open to candidates with structural engineering backgrounds.SkillsStrong willingness to learn and develop.Good technical and analytical skills.Team-oriented mindset.Attention to detail.Good English communication skills.Career Growth OpportunityMHCEG is committed to developing future BIM leaders.
