High-performing employees may be considered for advanced roles within the organization and future opportunities in MHCEG's international operations, including Canada and the United States, subject to business requirements and position availability.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage BIM models in accordance with project requirements and company standards.Perform multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection activities.Support the development of BIM execution plans and project workflows.Review model quality and ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and external consultants.Generate project documentation, schedules, and reports directly from BIM models.Assist in mentoring junior BIM engineers and supporting technical development initiatives.Participate in coordination meetings and technical reviews.Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and standards.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering.Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.Understanding of BIM standards and coordination processes.Additional BIM certifications are preferred.Experience4–6 years of BIM experience.Experience working on multidisciplinary projects.Experience delivering projects at LOD 300–500.Architecture background preferred; structural background will also be considered.SkillsStrong technical modeling and coordination skills.Attention to detail and quality.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work under deadlines and manage priorities.Fluent English (written and spoken).
