Assist in full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews.Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR database.Track daily attendance, leaves, and overtime reports.Support payroll preparation with accurate data and documentation.Handle onboarding and offboarding processes professionally.Prepare HR letters, memos, and administrative reports.Support HR policies implementation and employee relations activities.Coordinate with Social Insurance and Labor Office when needed. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.1–3 years of solid HR experience (construction field is an advantage).Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance forms (1, 2, 6) and compliance procedures.Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
