Quantity Surveying and Cost ControlBOQ Preparation: Assist in preparing and reviewing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and taking off material quantities from project blueprints.Invoicing: Help review subcontractor invoices and progress reports against actual work completed on-site. 3. Documentation and SubmittalsMaterial Submittals: Prepare and organize technical data sheets, catalogs, and material samples for consultant approval.RFIs (Requests for Information): Draft and track RFIs to clarify any discrepancies or missing information in the tender/construction documents.Filing: Maintain organized digital and physical logs of all technical documents, approvals, and correspondences. 4. Procurement and CoordinationVendor Communication: Assist in gathering technical and commercial offers from suppliers and comparing them against project specifications.Site Support: Communicate with site engineers to ensure materials are delivered on time and that the execution aligns with the approved shop drawings. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering.Experience: Fresh graduate or an engineer with 1 to 2 years of technical office experience.Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD.Design Tools: Basic knowledge of mechanical design software.Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
