This role is ideal for a motivated developer who is eager to learn and grow in ERP development. You will assist in developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules under the guidance of senior developers, supporting business operations across Sales, Finance, HR, Inventory, and CRM.Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and customizing Odoo modules (Community & Enterprise). Support customization of standard Odoo applications (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR). Help implement business requirements into technical solutions using Odoo. Participate in integrating Odoo with third-party systems via APIs (REST, XML-RPC). Write clean, readable, and well-documented Python code. Assist in creating and modifying QWeb reports and basic dashboards. Troubleshoot and fix bugs under supervision. Participate in system testing, deployment, and user support. Follow best practices for data security and access rights. Collaborate with senior developers, functional consultants, and project managers.Required Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in Odoo development or ERP-related projects. Good knowledge of Python. Understanding of Odoo ORM fundamentals. Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL. Familiarity with XML, QWeb, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Exposure to Odoo versions (v14, v15, v16 or later). Basic experience working in Linux environments. Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.Nice to Have Internship or academic project experience using Odoo. Familiarity with Odoo.sh or cloud-based deployments. Basic understanding of business processes (Sales, Finance, HR). Interest in ERP systems and business automation. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum workflows.Soft Skills Strong willingness to learn and grow technically. Good problem-solving mindset. Ability to follow instructions and ask the right questions.
