Job Requirements:-Executing the recruitment process for the Stores, Head Office & Warehouse.Monitor all personnel movements (recruitment, transfer, promotion, rotation, termination, etc.) and communicate them with related parties.Identify business needs and align business strategies with company HR strategies.Provide communication and implementation support and serve solution into practice.Updating Job Descriptions and maintaining a proper record of all the JD’s available.Leads and follow orientation and onboarding process.Source, screen and attract candidates on multiple platforms while implementing best practice methodologies.Establish and maintain a network of candidates to stay well-known and knowledgeable in the market and leverage opportunities for referrals, future placements, or business prospects.Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks.Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates.Ensure maintaining accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.1 to 2 years of recruitment experience.Preferably experienced in retailing companies.Male candidates are only preferred.Good command of MS Office Programs.Must be a team player, agile and adaptable.Strong communication and relationship building skills.Strong research skills and attention to detail.Strong organizing, problem solving and analytical thinking skills.Very good level of spoken and written English.
