Founded in 2006, the company pursued innovative thinking in making unique global perfumes which match the lifestyles and personalities of all clients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct training needs analysis in collaboration with team leads and stakeholders to identify gaps and priorities. Design and deliver on-the-job training, classroom sessions, and online learning programs tailored to business needs. Perform coaching sessions to reinforce learning and support development. Conduct training audits to ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness. Extract and analyze training audit findings to continuously improve content and delivery. Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and job aids. Evaluate training outcomes using feedback tools, assessments, and performance indicators. Maintain accurate training records and reports for tracking and compliance. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Proven Experience as a Sales Trainer. Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. TOT (Training of Trainers) certification is a plus. 2 to 3 years of experience in retail or sales training is mandatory. Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with e-learning tools. Must be available for business travel across Egypt and abroad.
