The company owns and develops multiple brands serving consumers across different market segments and is focused on expanding its presence through strong retail partnerships and strategic account management.We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to lead and grow our relationships with major retail chains, hypermarkets, and modern trade accounts across Saudi Arabia.Role OverviewThe Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing strategic retail partnerships, driving sales growth, expanding product distribution, and strengthening Bonn's presence within major hypermarkets and modern trade channels.This role requires a commercially driven professional with strong account management and negotiation skills, hands-on experience with major retail chains, and the ability to convert business opportunities into measurable growth.This opportunity is open to candidates currently based in Egypt who are willing and able to relocate to Saudi Arabia upon hiring.Key ResponsibilitiesKey Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across major retail chains and hypermarkets.Manage and grow assigned strategic accounts to achieve revenue and distribution objectives.Lead annual business planning, commercial negotiations, and account development initiatives.Identify opportunities for product expansion, new listings, and category growth.Sales Growth & Trade ExecutionSecure new product listings and maximize shelf presence across assigned accounts.Coordinate promotional activities and in-store visibility initiatives.Monitor account performance, product availability, and execution quality.Support the successful launch of new products and promotional campaigns.Business Analysis & PlanningAnalyze sales performance and account profitability.Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.Prepare sales forecasts, account reviews, and business performance reports.Develop action plans to improve account performance and drive sustainable growth.Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Production teams.Ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and commercial agreements.Act as the primary point of contact between key accounts and Bonn Medical Industries.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Consumer Goods companies.Proven experience managing major retail chains, hypermarkets, and modern trade accounts.Strong negotiation, relationship management, and commercial planning skills.Experience achieving sales targets and managing strategic customer relationships.Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable business plans.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing accounts such as Carrefour, Lulu, Panda, Danube, Othaim, Tamimi, or similar modern trade retailers.Experience in cosmetics, personal care, or consumer products categories.Existing relationships within major Saudi retail chains.Experience in trade marketing, category management, and promotional planning.Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting systems.Preferred age range: 28–35 years.Important NoteThis role is specifically focused on Modern Trade and Hypermarket account management.Candidates whose primary experience is limited to pharmaceutical sales, pharmacies, medical representative roles, healthcare institutions, or non-retail channels may not be a suitable fit for this position.Work ConditionsFull-time positionCompetitive salary package based on experiencePerformance-based growth opportunitiesOpportunity to contribute to the growth of a fast-expanding manufacturing businessWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional who understands how to grow strategic retail accounts, build long-term partnerships, and drive sustainable business growth within modern trade channels.The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and hands-on experience working with major retail chains in Saudi Arabia.
