The company operates multiple brands and is committed to excellence in manufacturing, quality, innovation, and operational efficiency.We are looking for a highly capable and ambitious Operations Management Coordinator to work directly with factory management and support key initiatives across operations, production, quality, R&D, business development, and customer-related activities.Role OverviewThis is a high-exposure role designed for exceptional early-career professionals who are eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions within a fast-growing manufacturing company.The selected candidate will work closely with factory management, support strategic and operational projects, coordinate between departments, follow up on critical initiatives, and contribute to improving overall organizational performance.This role offers a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to manufacturing operations, quality systems, product development, customer requirements, and business management.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational CoordinationSupport factory management in coordinating operational priorities and ongoing projects.Follow up on action items, deadlines, and departmental deliverables.Assist in improving workflows, operational efficiency, and internal processes.Track project progress and ensure timely execution of assigned initiatives.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with Production, Quality, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments.Support communication and alignment between different teams.Assist in resolving operational challenges through structured follow-up and coordination.Reporting & Business SupportPrepare reports, presentations, summaries, and operational documentation.Conduct business, market, and operational research as required.Support management with data gathering, analysis, and decision-making materials.Organize and maintain records, trackers, and internal documentation.Technology & Continuous ImprovementUtilize AI tools and digital solutions to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.Support the implementation of new systems, dashboards, and process improvements.Research best practices and recommend opportunities for operational enhancement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biotechnology, Engineering, or another relevant scientific field.Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar productivity solutions.Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or similar platforms.Previous internship, leadership, volunteering, or student activity experience.Interest in manufacturing, operations, quality, business management, or process improvement.Work ConditionsFull-time positionRelocate to Saudi ArabiaDirect reporting and daily collaboration with Factory ManagementHigh learning and development opportunityExposure to multiple departments and business functionsPotential career growth into operations, quality, project management, business development, or leadership rolesWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized individual with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a genuine desire to learn.
