The Senior Odoo Functional Consultant will analyze and map business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and inventory to Odoo modules, ensuring solutions align with operational and compliance needs. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, configuring Odoo applications, preparing functional specifications, and coordinating with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and data migration. The role involves developing and executing test scenarios, leading user acceptance testing, delivering user training, and creating clear documentation and user guides. The consultant will also monitor system performance, provide Level 2 functional support, propose continuous improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive digital transformation within Bonn Medical Industries.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, design effective Odoo-based solutions, and troubleshoot complex functional issues.Excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language and facilitate workshops or training.Proven experience in Business Process analysis and redesign, especially within manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and quality management domains.Solid Consulting background, including requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, change management, and user adoption in ERP projects.Practical understanding of Finance processes (e.g., general ledger, AR/AP, costing, budgeting) and their implementation within Odoo or similar ERP systems.Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Odoo (multiple modules preferred), including configuration, testing, and data migration.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.Experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices, or FMCG manufacturing environments and familiarity with regulated industry requirements is a plus.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, prioritize multiple initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.Proficiency in English is
