Key Account Manager - Fresh Grads

Summary of Role:The account manager will focus on sales achievement across key retail accounts for which he isresponsible, through improved channel management, thereby improving sales.Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, serve as the lead pointof contact for all key account matters, and anticipate their needs.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct random visits to the accounts to check the shelf share and product availability. Prepare sales forecasts and PSI Reports for the assigned accounts. Expand relationships and bring in new accounts. Supervise Sales Executives / Promoter Team Leaders and their teams to achieve the desired sellouttarget. Negotiate contract terms with key accounts and recommend any amendments to the OrganizedRetail manager/ Channel Sales manager. Collaborate with vendors, logistics & marketing team, and other stakeholders from otherdepartments to ensure the client's needs are met. Coordinate with the Finance department to establish credit & payment transfers. Resolve key client issues and complaints. Monitor and analyze customers’ usage of our product Submit daily reports for his direct manager, including the market news, latest competitorpromotions, and the due amounts for the accounts. Job Specifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.0+ years of experience in Sales.Excellent Leadership skills.Relevant industry experience is a plus.Professional selling skillsStrong management skills.Good command of the English language.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good Microsoft Office skills.
