Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.This is a fun stage in the company's lifecycle as the core foundation has been but it is still early enough to assume a ton of ownership and to help shape the future of the company and its success.Job Description:Building & maintain strategic long-term relationships & ensuring that the company's offerings meet the users’ needsBring in a new business from the existing accounts.Resolving client issues and concernsMonitor account performance, forecast, track key account metrics, & analyzing key performance indicators (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts )Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitPrepare reports on account statusCollaborate with Fin-ops and Channels teams to identify and grow opportunitiesAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededCollaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment.Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about customer needs.Required Qualifications:BSC. degree in Business Administration, or a relevant fieldAbility to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven Experience in Account Management, Corporate KAM, or Corporate Sales. Minimum 2 yearsAbility to create, manage, and grow relationships.Ability to work independently and keep deliverables and deadlines top of mindCreative thinking and problem-solving aptitudeStrong writing, phone, and presentation skills, Solid experience in Google Sheets and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesHaving a car is a plus
