The responsibilities include managing and growing relationships with key accounts, driving sales performance, maintaining client satisfaction, and developing strategies to expand the company's market share. The role requires liaising with various stakeholders, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.Drive sales growth across modern trade accounts by executing effective sales strategies and achieving targets. Open and develop new customers while managing key accounts such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains. Negotiate pricing, listings, and promotional agreements. Ensure strong in-store visibility, product availability, and on-time delivery through close coordination with internal teams. Monitor market trends and competitors, analyze sales performance, and maintain high customer satisfaction to support sustainable business growth.QualificationsExperience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in the FMCG field (Mandatory).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in modern trade sales, preferably within FMCG.Strong ability to open new accounts and develop them into profitable customers.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.Solid understanding of modern trade operations, listings, promotions, and merchandising.Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer performance.Results-driven mindset with strong planning and execution skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.Good command of English (spoken and written).Willingness to travel and visit modern trade customers regularly.
