Outsourcing Advantage is seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer & Estimator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who has worked in a kitchen company environment and understands not only design but also pricing, quoting, and the end‑to‑end process of kitchen project execution. This is not a role for someone who only knows the 2020 Design Flex software—we need someone with hands‑on project and estimating expertise.Key responsibilities include:Create detailed and accurate kitchen designs using 2020 Design Flex softwarePrepare professional, precise quotes and estimates for clientsPrice out materials, cabinetry, hardware, and related project componentsCollaborate with clients, sales staff, and production to ensure designs align with project budgets and timelinesUnderstand how kitchen projects are assembled from concept through completionRevise drawings and estimates based on client feedback or project changesMaintain organized project documentation and design filesRequirementsAt least 2 years of kitchen design and estimating experience working with USA based customers Prior work experience with a kitchen company working with USA based customers Experience designing residential kitchen projectsProfessional experience preparing client quotes, estimates, and pricing breakdowns for kitchen projectsStrong proficiency with 2020 Design (Flex or Live)Solid understanding of kitchen construction, cabinetry, and the workflow from design to installationEnglish proficiency at C1 Advanced level (verbal and written)Availability to work during US Eastern Time business hoursExperience in client-facing interactions for kitchen design projectsExperience coordinating with internal sales and production teams to align designs with budgets and timelinesBenefitsOpportunity to work on diverse and exciting projectsSupportive and collaborative work environmentWeekly paymentsWeekends offGrowth Opportunities
