Team members collaborate closely to bring clients’ visions to life in a cost-effective and efficient way.Role Description The Kitchen Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and documents for kitchen projects, ensuring alignment with design concepts and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing and reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with design and site teams, and preparing accurate BOQs for materials, fixtures, and equipment. The role also involves checking kitchen layouts for compliance with civil and electrical standards, supporting quantity surveying activities, and maintaining organized project documentation. The engineer will collaborate with suppliers and contractors to clarify technical specifications and resolve design-related issues during execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 3rd New Cairo.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering field.Proven experience in the kitchens, furniture, or interior fit-out industry is highly preferred.Strong proficiency in preparing and reviewing shop drawings and technical drawings.Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.Ability to conduct site surveys and measurements accurately before project execution.Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and estimating required materials.Good understanding of interior finishing, furniture production, and kitchen installation processes.Ability to coordinate effectively with designers, production, site engineers, suppliers, and clients.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
