Job DescriptionPrepare, review, and ensure all documents and procedures comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.Prepare and review all documents related to resolving disputes and grievances across all university sectors.Follow up on complaints related to unfair labor practices and submit feedback to the direct manager.Assist in reviewing the legal aspects of labor contracts.Assist HR functions in overseeing labor complaints.Communicate with government authorities, such as the labor office and social insurance authorities, to resolve labor-related issues and concerns.Follow up on issues related to labor governmental relations and ensure proper resolution.Update and organize documentation related to all labor governmental relations activities.Handle and maintain employees’ employment files archives, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.Follow up and coordinate all matters related to governmental medical insurance procedures and requirements.Ensure the regular submission and follow-up of all required Social Insurance forms and documentation to the relevant governmental authorities.Prepare and provide employees’ Social Insurance printouts and records upon request and ensure all related data is properly maintained and updated.Participate in different university activities.Perform all tasks related to the job.Job Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Law, or a related field.Years of Experience: 1 to 2 years (Type of Experience: Proven experience in labor government relations).Training: HR Certification/Diploma from a recognized institute is preferable.Skills:Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.Fluent English language skills; German language is an asset.Competencies:Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Customer-centric mindset.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Knowledge of employee benefits and governmental insurance procedures.Knowledge of professional HR standards and practices.Accuracy in detecting and rectifying mistakes.
