This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining prospect lists, and supporting the sales pipeline with high-quality leads. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets and organizations, initiating contact through phone, email, and online channels, and nurturing prospects to schedule meetings or demonstrations for the sales team. The Lead Generation Specialist will work closely with sales and marketing colleagues to align outreach activities with campaigns, track lead activity in CRM tools, and prepare reports on lead performance and conversion rates. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following up on inbound inquiries, and contributing to continuous improvement of lead generation tactics.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.Candidates should possess effective Communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects and convey value propositions clearly.Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including basic negotiation, opportunity qualification, and collaboration with sales teams.Candidates should possess solid Research skills to analyze markets, target accounts, and decision-makers using online tools and databases.Experience with CRM or lead management systems and proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.Previous experience in telecom, networking, or B2B technology sales support is an advantage.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
