🌟 We’re Hiring: Sales Manager📍 Location: El Obour, EgyptUnited for Aviation Technology Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven International Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities across international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, expanding the company's market presence, and achieving revenue growth targets.The candidate should possess strong technical understanding and previous experience in industries similar to our business sector.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute international sales strategies to drive business growth.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.Generate leads through networking, market research, industry events, and digital channels.Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with potential clients.Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.Prepare sales forecasts and business development reports for management.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering5–9 years of experience in International Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales.Previous experience in Engineering, Industrial Services, Oil & Gas, Construction, Technical Services, Manufacturing, or related industries.Proven track record of generating business and closing deals in international markets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluency in English is mandatory.Additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic are highly preferred.Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.Ability to travel internationally when required.Preferred Qualifications :Existing network of international clients and business partners.Experience selling technical services rather than products.Strong understanding of global market dynamics and customer acquisition strategies.What We Offer:Attractive salary and benefits package.Clear career path with continuous development and learning tools.Medical & Social Insurance.Supportive work environment with ongoing opportunities for growth.
