The Senior Sales team member will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, property presentations, and closing real estate transactions. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing consultative support on property options and investment opportunities, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process. The role involves preparing and delivering sales proposals, negotiating terms, coordinating with internal teams on listings and marketing activities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The Senior Sales team member may also support training and mentoring of junior sales colleagues, helping to strengthen overall team performance.QualificationsStrong Communication skills to engage clients, present property options clearly, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.Proven Customer Service experience to manage client inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.Demonstrated Sales expertise in real estate or a related sector, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide junior team members, support performance targets, and contribute to sales strategy.Knowledge of local real estate market dynamics in Giza and greater Cairo, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.Comfort working with CRM systems and basic digital tools for tracking leads, preparing reports, and managing client communications.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
