Join us if you're passionate about entertainment, innovation and customer service excellence!RequirementsManaging multiple localization and/or digital media projects from client order to delivery completionEstablishing a solid understanding of specific client specifications and needsBuilding strong working relationships with clients and focusing on delivering the highest quality assets on timeLiaising with multiple clients and maintaining clear communicationManaging complex projects from beginning to end in a timely mannerDeveloping project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources and quality controlManaging, monitoring, and updating all timelines and setting realistic expectations for day to day deliveriesWorking with the billing team to ensure projects are billed correctly and on time to clientsPerforming order entries based on client requests and ensuring final deliveries are within the expected timeframeProviding strategic solutions to any issues that may arise with clientsCollaborating with operational teams to build processes, make sure the workflow operates smoothly and efficiently, and initially enhancing the client experienceIdentifying areas of opportunity to enhance clients' experience and work closely with other department leaders to drive initiatives and to execute on those opportunitiesAbiding by security policies and protecting information assets entrusted to youOther related tasks as assigned to fulfill responsibilitiesProject will be for 6 monthsQualificationsBachelor's degree1-3 years of experience in Project ManagementLocalization (subtitling, dubbing), post-production and/or media experience requiredSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementCollaborative thinker who works well in a teamPassionate about customer experience and customer service excellenceHands-on experience with digital media workflows is preferredExcellent communication skills with technical and non-technical individualsDeep sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumeProblem solver with creative and innovative approach with ability to think out of the boxOutstanding attention to detail and ability to plan complex projects with urgencyA positive attitude when experiencing obstacles and enthusiasm to get things doneBenefitsAt Pixelogic, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
