We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist – Chinese Speaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering learning programs, and supporting employee development initiatives to enhance organizational performance.Key Responsibilities:Identify training and development needs through performance analysis and stakeholder discussions.Design, deliver, and translate training programs, workshops, and learning materials.Coordinate and manage internal and external training activities.Develop and maintain learning plans, competency frameworks, and training calendars.Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports on learning outcomes.Collaborate with department managers to address capability gaps and support business objectives.Monitor industry trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and company policies.Conduct market research and work with teams to identify solutions for business and market challenges. Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or Organizational Development.Experience in designing and delivering training programs.Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
