Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS"Job DescriptionDevelop and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy for the Food & Beverage division in alignment with business objectives and brand standards.Conduct onboarding and departmental orientation programs for all new Food & Beverage associates.Develop and execute annual training calendars for all Food & Beverage outlets.Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs covering service standards, sequence of service, product knowledge, menu knowledge, beverage knowledge, wine service, upselling, guest engagement, and operational excellence.Coordinate and conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) and coaching sessions to improve employees' knowledge, skills, and performance.Partner with the Food & Beverage Director, Executive Chef, Outlet Managers, and Supervisors to identify training needs and address performance gaps.Develop and maintain Food & Beverage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training manuals, presentations, training videos, and learning materials.Conduct regular service observations, training audits, and operational assessments to ensure compliance with brand standards and service excellence.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, practical evaluations, guest satisfaction results, mystery shopper reports, and operational performance indicators.Monitor employees' progress after training and provide individual coaching and development plans where required.Deliver mandatory Food Safety, HACCP, hygiene, allergen awareness, sanitation, and workplace safety training in compliance with local regulations and company standards.Ensure all Food & Beverage associates complete mandatory and brand-required certification programs within the required timelines.Support outlet openings, new menu launches, seasonal promotions, and special events by developing and delivering relevant training programs.Monitor departmental training records, attendance, certifications, and compliance using the Learning Management System (LMS) where applicable.Develop departmental trainers by coaching supervisors and managers on effective training and facilitation techniques.Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs to strengthen the department's internal training capabilities.Review guest satisfaction surveys, online reviews, and operational feedback to identify training opportunities and improve the guest experience.Measure training effectiveness using departmental KPIs, including guest satisfaction, service quality, upselling performance, training completion, compliance scores, and operational audits.Support succession planning by identifying high-potential associates and preparing individual development plans for future leadership positions.Promote a culture of continuous learning, engagement, accountability, and operational excellence throughout the Food & Beverage division.Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), company policies, and brand standards.Support sustainability initiatives by promoting responsible resource consumption, waste reduction, energy conservation, and environmentally responsible practices within Food & Beverage operations.Perform any additional duties assigned by hotel management that are consistent with the responsibilities of the Learning & Development Manager – Food & Beverage.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor Degree in related fieldExperience: 5 years work experience in Training DepartmentForeign Language: Outstanding level of EnglishCourses and Training: Prior attendance in courses and seminars in the field.Computer Literacy: Excellent computer skillsSpecial Qualifications: Leader, adaptable, works under pressure, proactive, results driven, thoroughness, time management, communication proficient, analytical skills.Additional InformationYour team and working environment:In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the cultureNote: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permitsOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
