Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Leasing Manager will oversee lease administration, ensure properties are efficiently managed, and coordinate with tenants to maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include managing leasing processes, conducting market research to stay informed on market trends, and developing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income. The Leasing Manager will also play a key role in fostering positive tenant relations and upholding property standards. QualificationsProficiency in managing Leases and Lease Administration.Strong skills in Market Research to analyze trends and opportunities.Experience in Property Management with a focus on operational excellence.Ability to foster Resident Retention and ensure tenant satisfaction.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).Experience in leasing or property management within a fast-paced environment is a plus.
