Thousands of users rely on its platform to manage and sign agreements securely and efficiently.The company is rapidly evolving into a one-stop solution for e-signatures, digital agreements, identity verification, and AI-powered legal workflows, backed by strong investors and experiencing significant growth.As part of this evolution, the company is looking for a forward-thinking Legal Counsel to play a key role in shaping the future of AI-driven legal operations and contract lifecycle management (CLM).Role OverviewThis is not a traditional sales enablement role. The AI Sales Enablement Specialist will operate at the intersection of sales, AI, and operations—owning how AI agents perform across the sales organization.You will be responsible for ensuring that AI-generated outputs are high-quality, human-like, on-brand, and effective in real sales scenarios. The role requires a strong understanding of sales psychology, combined with hands-on experience in prompt engineering, content quality control, and workflow design.You will work closely with RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success teams to turn business challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Roadmap & Solution Design:Own and manage the AI agents roadmap, prioritizing use cases based on business impact.Translate sales challenges into structured AI workflows and solutions.Develop clear agent specifications, including use cases, inputs, and success criteria.AI Output Quality (Core Ownership)Review AI-generated emails, LinkedIn messages, meeting briefs, and follow-ups.Define and enforce quality standards for AI outputs.Build and maintain templates, messaging frameworks, and response structures.Prompt Operations & OptimizationOwn the prompt library, including writing, testing, versioning, and documentation.Continuously improve prompts based on performance and feedback.Identify and resolve recurring quality issues (tone, accuracy, messaging, CTA strength).Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) GovernanceDefine review processes for AI-generated outputs.Establish approval workflows, escalation rules, and SLAs.Ensure all customer-facing content meets quality, compliance, and brand standards.Agent Testing & QATest AI agents end-to-end across real use cases and edge scenarios.Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.Collaborate with RevOps and Product teams to enhance workflows and data accuracy.Adoption & EnablementCreate simple, practical playbooks for internal teams.Train Sales and Customer Success teams on how to use AI agents effectively.Monitor usage and remove friction to drive adoption.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with RevOps to align AI with CRM data and workflows.Partner with Sales and CS leadership to define messaging and standards.Collaborate with Legal and Security teams on compliance-sensitive outputs.Requirements3+ years of experience in AI Sales Enablement.Strong understanding of sales processes and buyer psychology.Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.Strong writing and editing skills (ability to refine AI-generated content).Experience managing projects, documentation, and cross-functional workflows.Fluency in Arabic and English.Preferred ProfileExperience in high-performing or fast-growing organizations.Background in training or enabling sales teams.Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, Jasper, or similar AI-driven sales tools.
