You will work on platforms designed for both B2B and B2C users, contributing to solutions built for international markets.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong UX thinking with hands-on design execution and enjoys solving real product problems.Responsibilities:Conduct UX research to understand user needs and behaviorsPlan and run user interviews and usability testing sessionsTranslate insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designsDesign intuitive interfaces for complex systems, dashboards, and workflowsBuild and maintain a simple, scalable design systemEnsure consistency across the product experienceIterate on designs based on feedback and dataCollaborate closely with product and engineering teamsRequirements:3–5 years of experience in UI/UX designStrong experience in UX research, user interviews, and usability testingAbility to design complete user flows and end-to-end experiencesExperience designing B2B platforms (dashboards, workflows, internal tools)Experience working on B2C products and user-facing journeysStrong problem-solving mindset with focus on usability and clarityProficiency in Figma (or similar tools)Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setup.Expectations:Deliver 2–3 high-quality pages or flows per week.Participate in 2 online meetings per week.Focus on usability, clarity, and complete user journeys.
