Job SummaryWe are looking for a data-driven and customer-centric Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to lead customer retention, engagement, and lifecycle initiatives. This role is responsible for designing and optimizing CRM strategies, customer journeys, and automated campaigns that improve user activation, retention, and lifetime value.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies to improve customer acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivationBuild and optimize automated customer journeys across multiple touchpoints (Email, Push Notifications, SMS, In-App Messaging, WhatsApp, etc.)Manage customer segmentation strategies based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional dataCreate personalized campaigns to improve engagement, retention, and conversion ratesDesign and execute A/B tests to optimize messaging, funnels, and customer experiencesAnalyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights using CRM analytics and reporting toolsMonitor funnel performance, drop-off points, and customer lifecycle metricsCollaborate with product, growth, analytics, and content teams to improve user journeys and lifecycle touchpointsManage CRM platforms and marketing automation tools to ensure campaign efficiency and scalabilityDevelop dashboards and reports on lifecycle KPIs and customer performanceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, or growth marketingStrong hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, or InsiderExperience with customer segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targetingStrong analytical skills with knowledge of CRM analytics, cohort analysis, funnel reporting, and event trackingExperience running A/B testing and optimization experimentsKnowledge of customer lifecycle frameworks and retention strategiesExcellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in e-commerce, fintech, marketplaces, SaaS, or mobile appsKnowledge of SQL, analytics tools, or product analytics platforms is a plusExperience working closely with growth and product teams
