Role Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for full ownership of the end-to-end project scope, timeline, budget, and client delivery. Working with minimal supervision, the role handles moderately complex problems using established frameworks and is expected to work independently on defined tasks while escalating only high-risk issues. The Project Manager ensures 100% data integrity and adherence to ISO-compliant workflows across the project lifecycle.if you are interested , please send your CV to nagham.mohamed@thetranslationgate.comKey Responsibilities Production & Operational ExcellenceProject Lifecycle Ownership: Manage full project lifecycles independently (100% success target), from initial kickoff through final delivery and archiving.Financial Stewardship: Oversee project budgets to ensure 98% adherence to budgeted costs; identify and execute margin-protection strategies.Workflow Automation: Utilize TMS and CAT tool automation features (e.g., Auto-propagate) to drive efficiency and meet strict 98% on-time delivery benchmarks.Technical Troubleshooting: Fix common tag, import, and file-parsing errors independently; provide guidance to vendors on tool technicalities.Quality & Compliance: Ensure 98% adherence to quality requirements; maintain project folders and documentation strictly according to TTG ISO standards.Team Leadership & Performance ManagementVendor Coordination: Brief vendors on technical specifications and maintain "Plan B" contingencies to ensure zero downtime during urgent requests.Data Integrity: Maintain 100% accurate records in Nexus/CRM; ensure all project metadata and financial tracking are current.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary professional point of contact for clients; achieve a 98% client satisfaction rating through proactive updates.Mentorship: Provide basic technical guidance and support to Project Coordinators (IC-1) to ensure pod-level synergy.Experience & EducationBachelor’s Degree in a related field (Linguistics, Business, or Computer Science).Minimum 3–5 years of experience in localization project management.Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects independently with a focus on budget and quality.Technical & Professional SkillsLocalization Technology Mastery: Proficiency in troubleshooting tag/import errors and performing TM/Termbase maintenance.Operational Excellence: Expert ability to track project ROI and manage vendor cost-efficiency.CAT/TMS Proficiency: Independent navigation of complex workflows within Plunet/Nexus, Trados, or MemoQ.Data Analytics: Ability to use tool data to predict project turnaround and identify process bottlenecks.Soft Skills & CompetenciesProblem Solving: Resolves moderately complex operational issues independently using established frameworks.Customer Centricity: High scores in external communication quality and information management.Time Management: Successfully prioritizes multiple concurrent tasks; manages 100% of action items by due dates.Accountability: Proactively solves problems and demonstrates full ownership of project outcomes.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Delivery Success: On-time Project Delivery Success.Quality Rate: Adherence to quality requirements and client-specific benchmarks.Financial Performance: Budget Management (Actual cost vs. Budgeted cost).Client Loyalty: Client Satisfaction rating from feedback surveys.Reporting Integrity: Consistency in project status reporting and CRM data entry.Language RequirementsFluent in English (written and spoken).Arabic is mandatory; additional languages are preferred.Behavioral AttributesResult Orientation: Consistently exceeds KPIs and proactively identifies project risks.Resilience: Capable of maintaining composed leadership during high-volume peak periods.Professionalism: Adheres strictly to SOP compliance audits and company ethical standards.Collaborative Mindset: High internal stakeholder satisfaction scores for cross-functional coordination.
