Job Summary:Manage the end-to-end logistics operations for Castrol Egypt, including the full import cycle for additives and finished goods, warehouse operations, distributor interface management, and the complete export cycle from Egypt.Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:Importation ManagementManage the full importation cycle for additives and finished goods (FG), from purchase order to customs clearance and delivery to the warehouseCoordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant clearanceEnsure all import documentation (commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of conformity, etc.) is complete and accurateMonitor import costs and identify opportunities for cost optimizationEnsure compliance with Egyptian customs regulations and GOEIC requirementsWarehouse Logistics & OperationsOversee CEL warehouse logistics operations, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound flowsManage the interface between the warehouse and distributors, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and deliveryMaintain optimal stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records in the WMS/ERP systemCoordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure daily operations comply with HSSE and quality standardsExportation ManagementManage the full exportation cycle from Egypt, including documentation preparation, customs procedures and freight coordinationLiaise with export customers, freight partners and customs authorities to ensure compliance and on-time deliveryEnsure all export documentation (certificates of origin, export licenses, packing lists, etc.) is accurate and filed correctlyMonitor export performance metrics and report on key KPIsReporting & Continuous ImprovementPrepare regular logistics performance reports covering import, export and warehouse KPIsIdentify and implement process improvements across the logistics functionResolve logistics disruptions and escalate critical issues to the CF ManagerMaintain strong relationships with all logistics service providersKey Competencies:Logistics & supply chain managementImport/export expertiseRegulatory complianceProblem solvingVendor managementPlanning & prioritisationAttention to detailCommunicationResults drivenContinuous improvementMinimum Qualifications:Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related fieldMinimum Experience:5-7 years experience in logistics, importation/exportation and warehouse operations, preferably in lubricants, chemicals or FMCG
