Job Summary:The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods. The role ensures timely deliveries, cost efficiency, and compliance with company standards while leading a team and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activitiesPlan and coordinate shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goodsMonitor inventory levels and support stock control processesEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirementsCoordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departmentsOptimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costsTrack shipments and resolve any delays or operational issuesPrepare regular reports on logistics performance and KPIsLead, train, and support logistics team membersEnsure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound shipmentsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field10–15 years of experience in logistics / supply chain operationsStrong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution processesExperience in team supervision and operational coordinationStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsGood communication skills (English & Arabic preferred)Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems/ERP
