This role requires a highly detail-oriented, sales-driven individual who can confidently communicate with guests, present luxury experiences, and maximize booking conversion across direct channels and OTAs.Job Duties & Responsibilities: Handle all incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, email, calls, and OTA platformsActively convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through persuasive communicationPresent and upsell all experiences, packages, and add-onsFollow up with potential guests to close salesMaintain high response speed and professionalism at all timesManage bookings and guest communication on Booking.com, Expedia, and AgodaRespond to OTA inquiries quickly and accuratelyEnsure booking details, rates, and availability are correctClearly explain the luxury desert experience and unique selling pointsHandle objections and build trust to encourage booking decisionsManage guest expectations before arrivalEnsure a smooth and premium customer journey from inquiry to confirmationWork closely with operations and on-ground teamsCommunicate special requests, VIP bookings, and guest preferencesEnsure all booking details are accurately recordedTrack conversion rates and booking performanceProvide feedback on customer behavior and common objectionsSupport revenue growth through upselling and smart offersJob Qualifications:2–4 years experience in hotel reservations, hospitality sales, or call center (tourism preferred)Strong experience with Booking.com and ExpediaExcellent English communication (written & spoken)Strong sales and persuasion skillsHighly detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilityExperience handling WhatsApp, email, and call inquiriesSales & closing abilityCustomer engagementAttention to detail
