Main stakeholders are Production, Testing & Commissioning teams, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Suppliers, and Customers.Key Responsibilities:Leading the Testing and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) operations for Low Voltage Switchgear in compliance with IEC 61439-1/2 standardsExecuting and validating routine tests, protection relay programming, functional verification, and product documentation in alignment with IEC and ABB quality standardsPreparing comprehensive test plans and procedures to ensure reliable testing and quality complianceOperating testing equipment for relay testing, HV, CT, VT, contact resistance, and insulation resistance testing across various electrical systemsPerforming relay protection system programming to support accurate testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting in accordance with IEC and ANSI standardsReading and interpreting electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and system schematics to support testing and fault analysisSupervising and mentoring technicians by monitoring progress, reporting key milestones, and supporting operational decision-makingPromoting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and elevate product quality through collaboration and innovationSupporting supplier assessment activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and performance expectationsYou will join a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications:You are highly skilled in Low Voltage testing, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) operations, relay testing methodologies, and the Electrification marketYou demonstrate 5+ years of experience in Low Voltage testing, FAT, and commissioning operations working with Low Voltage Switchgear systemsYou possess an enhanced knowledge of relay programming software, supporting accurate system configuration, testing, and documentationYou are passionate about leadership, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in quality and testing operationsYou have extensive knowledge of schematic reading, single-line diagrams, and logic analysis for electrical systemsHighly adept in relay programming and testing per IEC and ANSI standardsDegree in Electrical Engineering or related field with proven experience in Low Voltage testing and commissioning operationsYou are at ease communicating in fluent EnglishWhat's in it for you?We want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
