Plan, supervise, and execute maintenance operations for electrical and control systems in farms and export stations.Develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of production and export processes.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and automation/control system issues in agricultural machinery, irrigation systems, and packaging/export facilities.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and company standards.Manage spare parts inventory and procurement related to electrical and control systems.Lead and train maintenance staff, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations.Coordinate with farm management, production, and export departments to support operational needs.Prepare maintenance reports, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements.Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical/control equipment in farms and export stations. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in maintenance management with specialization in agricultural and export facilities.Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, irrigation control, and industrial electrical equipment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office.Professional appearance and ability to lead technical teams.
