Recruitment & SelectionPrepare and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms.Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.Prepare job offers and employment contracts.Support the onboarding process for new hires.Personnel AdministrationMaintain and update employee records and personnel files.Manage attendance, leave records, and employee schedules.Handle social insurance, medical insurance, and employee documentation.Ensure HR database accuracy and updates.Payroll & CompensationCollect monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions).Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure accurate salary payments.Establish a salary scale and a complete salary structure for the companyProcess end-of-service benefits and compensation calculations.Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs based on performance evaluations and departmental requests.Arrange training sessions and coordinate with training providers.Track and evaluate training effectiveness.Employee Relations & DisciplineAddress employee inquiries and handle workplace complaints professionally.Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.Implement company policies and investigate disciplinary issues.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR regulations.Performance ManagementAssist in implementing the performance appraisal system.Support managers in setting development plans for employees. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5 to 7 years of experience in HR roles.Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social InsuranceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Advanc.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.Good command of English.Female Only is a must.
