Fleet Operations ManagementOversee all company vehicles and equipment.Develop fleet operation plans in line with business requirements.Ensure vehicle availability and operational readiness at all times.Monitor and analyze fuel consumption rates and identify opportunities for cost optimization.Maintenance and RepairsDevelop and implement preventive and scheduled maintenance programs.Monitor corrective and emergency repair activities.Coordinate with maintenance workshops and service providers.Minimize unexpected breakdowns and vehicle downtime.Driver ManagementSupervise drivers and allocate duties effectively.Ensure drivers comply with company policies and safety regulations.Conduct periodic performance evaluations for drivers.Investigate traffic accidents and violations and take appropriate corrective actions.Cost and Budget ManagementPrepare and manage the fleet operation and maintenance budget.Monitor operating expenses and analyze cost variances.Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to obtain the best prices and service levels.Prepare periodic reports on fleet costs and key performance indicators (KPIs). Bachelor's degree in business administration, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics operations.Proven experience in managing teams and drivers.Hands-on experience with GPS tracking systems and fuel management solutions.Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance processes.Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working in agricultural companies.
